Information Technology Effectively Improves The Quality Of Labors in Indonesia

Information technology in the form of fast, precise and accurate information access can be used by the underprivileged and low educated labors in Indonesia to improve the quality of the competitiveness of labor Indonesia in completing their work. This study used the method of descriptive qualitative which aims to provide effective information technology for Indonesian labors to improve the quality of labors. Research information was obtained through the library research, observation and interviews with low educated Indonesian labor and Department of labor and transmigration of West Sumatra.The research results explained that information technology access through e-learning and search reference or online library is effective for Indonesian labor to improve the quality of their work.
